From April 11, 2005 through May 13, 2005, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health ("the Division"), through Safety Engineer Timothy Blaney conducted a planned inspection at the Wilco Wire Technology ("Employer") facility at 1035 Mission Court, Fremont, California, where Employer's Employees were working.
