On January 10 and 11, 2006, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health ("the Division"), through safety Engineer Paul Guiriba ("Guiriba") conducted an inspection at 977 Alameda De Las Pulgas, and 1082 Lupine Drive, both in San Carlos, California, where employees of Roundtree Plumbing, Heating Inc. ("Employer") were working.
