In today's information economy, we often gather and collect information without the foggiest idea of what to do with it—and EHS professionals are not immune.

You probably gather data through observations, measure incident rates, and track reports and statistics to gain an edge in reducing injuries within the workplace. But do you know how to separate the wheat from the chaff and discover the data that are truly useful to you? And, beyond that, do you know the best way to act on what you find out?

Listen to an enlightening discussion of the best ways to measure and analyze your EHS data. Our experts—two experienced safety professionals—will guide you through the process of developing measurable protocols and share a real-world case study that demonstrates how the protocols work.

You'll Learn:

  • How to create multi-disciplinary teams and develop the right protocol measurements

  • Ways to create customized measuring tools for your specific location—no cookie cutters here

  • How to translate your collected data into measurable metrics

  • Why subjective audit responses don't work

  • How to gather objective results through a case study review of how these protocols and metrics work

  • Why it's so vital to measure your safety program in the first place
