Managing hazardous waste at California facilities is complicated, to say the least.

The cost of compliance is rising. And state agencies and local CUPAs are heading down a path of increasingly aggressive enforcement. If you don't have a clear understanding of the applicable regulations and enforcement agencies, you won't be able to identify effective compliance options that reduce liability and save costs.

Assuring that your organization is in full compliance requires that you properly identify all of the waste streams that must be managed as hazardous waste, clearly define the applicable regulations, and properly interpret and apply applicable agency guidance.

Making sure that your hazardous waste compliance program is efficient can be equally challenging, but if you follow a proven method of analysis, you can be successful.

Join us on June 29 for an in-depth webinar all about hazardous waste compliance in California. You'll learn:

  • The applicable state regulations and statutes
  • How to interpret the regulations to assure compliance in a way that is most beneficial to your organization
  • The hazardous waste management best practices that you should consider adopting
  • How to select and qualify hazardous waste vendors and partners
  • Some of the most common violations in this area, and how to avoid getting nailed for them
  • Real-life internal inspections best practices you can start implementing at your facility
  • The regulatory agencies that have oversight over your organization, and how to establish a good working relationship with them
  • How to streamline your recordkeeping system and assure that it will pass muster during an inspection
