James Dufour, Esq., is a founder and principal of Sacramento-based Dufour Safety, Environmental & Regulatory Law, which provides regulatory compliance services and environmental and OSHA advice, counsel and representation in enforcement actions. Over the span of his 30-year career, he has represented clients in criminal, civil, and administrative law cases, and served as a litigation consultant and expert in selected environmental matters. Dufour's representation of clients whose cases range from hazardous waste to air pollution environmental prosecutions to Cal/OSHA inspections of workplaces, usually after an accident.
