Beginning February 10, 2005, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (the Division) through Associate Cal/OSHA Engineer Paul Grier conducted a complaint inspection at a place of employment maintained by Employer at 230 West Third Street #215, San Pedro, California (the site). Three hundred citations were issued by Cal/OSHA in 2004 for violations of Section 1529 of the Construction Industry Safety Orders--Asbestos--making it the ninth-most-cited standard of the year.
