Beginning November 16, 2006, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (the Division) through Associate Cal/OSHA engineer Jagdev Dhillon conducted an accident inspection at a place of employment maintained by Employer at 2386 East Walnut, Fullerton, California (the site).
